Delivery and returns
EVERY PARCEL IS SHIPPED WITHIN 24H AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED (EXCEPT ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND BANK HOLIDAYS)
As you can see on our product pages, we indicate whether the desired products are available at the time of ordering or if they are out of stock. This allows us to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Orders placed before 15:00 dispatched and shipped on the same day(except on week-ends and bank holidays).
Orders placed after this time are dispatched within 24 hours after reception of payment.
You'll be notified by e-mail once the parcel is shipped and you'll receive a tracking number to follow the delivery of your parcel.
SHIPMENT FEES
The shipping costs are automatically calculated in the basket according to the weight of the items ordered. Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, protection, handling and logistics costs.
We advise you to consolidate your purchases into one order. We can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Do not worry, special care is given to packages containing fragile products.

- For orders over 59€ , we offer the delivery in a post office.
- For an order grouping several brands, you may receive your order in several packages. However, the delivery rate does not change.
- Delivery times are given for information only, we are not responsible for non-compliance with delivery times by the carrier.

- For Switzerland, the shipping costs are 5€.

- For any order, we use our service provider Colissimo which will allow you to receive your under parcel within 72 hoursat your address.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Thanks to the tracking of parcels you will be able to consult at any time the state of your order. Once the package is ready to ship, you will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking number of your order. RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS
You have received your items but something is wrong? No worries, we accept returns up to 30 days after you received your parcel.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Because of the unique character of these products with embroidery, we are, according to the article L121-21-7 Consumer Code, not accepting any returns.
Therefore we advice you to take enough time and to pay attention while ordering customized products.
RETURN PROCESS
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer except if we have committed a fault in the performance of the contract, the fault being characterized by a failure to comply with our contractual obligations (e.g. sending the wrong product) .
The return is on the customer’s own risk . The articles need to be in the original package and in perfect condition (unworn and unwashed). If possible, please add the delivery note as well.

If the customer is not respecting the conditions, especially the conditions for returns, Mytennislab can’t offer any refunds or vouchers for the concerning articles.
DEADLINES
After we receive the return, you will get a confimation via email.
Within the followng 15 days, we will either send you your voucher or we will refund you the money. Therefore, we will use the bank account/ the PayPal account that has been used before. In case that you payed via a bank wire transfer or a cheque we will get in touch with you.
