It is important for us that you are sure of your purchase and we understand that buying a new tennis string reel is an important investment. As a tennis equipment sales specialist, we believe that choosing the right strings will make all the difference to your game and we want our customers to be 100% satisfied.

The law provides for a period of 14 days but we prefer to give you 30 days to make any returns. You never know, you may just come back from a few tournaments!

Don't forget that you can test the strings before buying a reel: this set will be refunded if you buy an identical reel later on.

If you do not want to keep some ordered items, you have the option for 30 days from the date of reception of the items to send us your order back for an exchange or a refund.

The goods have to be packed originally (if the goods had been sent in an appropriate packaging), completely, unused (in case the goods were new ones) and free of damage. Your legal warranty claims are excluded from this if the goods have been damaged in the delivery process.
