Why do you need my personal information?

In principle, you can browse our site without giving your name or other personal information.

We protect your information against unwanted intrusions by applying SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL provides a very high level of security during the transfer of your personal data.

How can I find the product I'm looking for?

You can search for the desired products either by entering a keyword in the search field or by using the filters to find specific products (e. g. filter for brands, sizes etc). Then tap on the "Enter" button and you will see the product corresponding to your search and all similar products. 

Once you have found your products, click on "Add to Cart" and follow the instructions to complete your order.

How to find special offers, new products etc?

In the main navigation bar, you will see the "PROMOS" category.

All products in this category are part of discontinued products and are offered at very attractive prices. 

How can I buy a product?

You can place an order in our online shop or by e-mail.

Online ordering

If you have found the product you want, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the product picture. After adding all the products you want to the shopping cart, click on the "Order" button. You can then check the products in your basket.

If you are already a customer, enter your email address and password. Select your payment method and check your order. If you are sure that everything is correctly entered, click on "Order". You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

If you are a new customer, you must first enter your contact information and your delivery and billing addresses. Then select a payment method, check that everything is correctly entered and click on "Order". You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Before the choice of the delivery address was made, another price was displayed. Why? Why?

Because, under legal regulations, it is necessary to apply a different VAT rate for certain countries. The prices of the online shop are therefore recalculated and may differ from the prices previously displayed.

When is the order placed?

The order is placed when you have checked and confirmed all the fields and clicked on "Order". If your order has been registered, a confirmation message will be displayed. You will then receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Can I buy all products online?

Yes, you can buy all products online if they are available. But we have a wide range of products and as a result, some items may be out of stock. If this is the case, do not hesitate to send an e-mail to info@mytennislab.com and we will inform you of the restocking date. 

How many products can I order?

There is no limit. You can order as many products as you wish, within the limits of available stocks.

Why do I need a basket?

The shopping cart represents all the products you want to buy.

Once the products are placed in the shopping cart, you can display the quantity and amount. This makes it easy for you to control the amount of the order and the quantities.

Can I modify or remove products from the basket?

By clicking on your basket you can manage the ordered products and delete some products or add others.

I put all the products I wanted in my basket. What is the next step?

a) Already a customer?

After you have made your purchases online, click on the "Order" button. Then enter your email address and password and follow the instructions to complete your order. Select a payment method and check your order. If you are sure that everything is correctly entered and you have the right products, click on "Order". You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

b) New customer?

If you are a new customer, you must first enter your contact information and your delivery and billing addresses. 

Then select a payment method, check that everything is correctly entered and click on "Order". You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
